Dr. Napat Hunsajarupan, MD — Dr. First

Dr. Napat Hunsajarupan — known as Dr. First — is a dermatologist and peptides specialist, and Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at Healthi Life, Bangkok’s first Urban Longevity House.

He trained at the Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University (Doctor of Medicine) and completed a Master of Science in Dermatology at Thammasat University Hospital. He is certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and holds certifications from the Practical Cell Therapy Symposium and the H.E.A.T. Programme (Hormone, Endocrine & Anti-Aging Training).

Dr. First leads Recovery & Performance Medicine at Healthi Life — IV therapy, NAD+ infusions, stem cell and exosome protocols, peptide programs, and aesthetic dermatology. His standards meet ISSCA and GMP requirements. Every recommendation is preceded by data. Every protocol is adjusted based on response.

His philosophy: recovery first, then regeneration, then long-term protection. He does not believe in standalone treatments. He believes in sequences — designed around what the body actually needs, at each stage.

Before co-founding Healthi Life, Dr. First worked extensively in integrative dermatology and cellular therapy. He joined Vincent and Dr. Petch in building Healthi Life from the ground up — spending a year studying regenerative medicine and longevity science before opening the house in February 2025.
